Enrichment and the queue

What enrichment adds

Enrichment prepares the recording’s searchable content, including recognized screen text, transcript data and search indexes. Capture also records first-pass click, window-title and UI-context events where available.

Follow the queue

Completed and imported recordings can enter the automatic enrichment queue. The queue persists pending and interrupted work so it can resume after an app restart. Manual Enrich and Reprocess actions use the same single-worker queue.

Choose processing settings

Settings include accuracy and CPU-impact choices. Queued jobs preserve their selected operation and processing settings across restart and resume. The queue can be paused or resumed, and an active job can be cancelled using the app’s controls.

Recording gets priority

Starting video recording pauses active enrichment to reduce contention. Search readiness can therefore change independently from a recording being available for playback.
